Ha Ha well old thread. Cupra Rog where is he now & Mike? Unless you bought the car from WD expect no help whatsover! I've spent circa £40k there and still waiting 4mths for warranty work to be sorted! Swansea FRF is no longer unfortunately.

hes a absolute beut that guy, thats who i argued with orginally,

ye was gutted when frf went id rather travel further than go to cardiff again,

i went in there not so long back, my mate wanted a new or nearly new ibiza fr tdi, to which the guy looks us up and down and told him to stop waisting there time, funny how when he told him it was a complete cash buy and was prepared to buy then for the right car he changed his tone, glad my mate saw sense!

Ha ha to$$ers!

WD wouldn't change my LCR brembo's when they turned pink yrs ago. FRF Swansea the service guy Phil had them done straight away.

WD called me yesterday actually to tell me they had lost the images they took of my warranty work issues in Nov and i'd have to come in again and start the whole process again!! [:@]

Thompson and Thompson are ok but pricey.

For any OEM parts i use Trade Part Specialists who actually supply the dealers.

And fr services its DIY all the way, as long as theres a hole in my ass i wont be setting foot in White Pigeon.

I don't know where this threat has come from however I'm glad I've seen it.
I've always used thompson and thompson in caldicot as I'm a magor boy originally!
I was going to start using White Dove, but **** that!

my car is booked in on tuesday for a recal brake servo pipe i had it done about 3 years ago on my black car an heard themm givin my car a blast behind the mechanics bay so may jus go down and take the part an fit myself

How come all you boys can get parts from TPS, when I went there last year ( oct 2009 ) for a complete set of new discs and pads, they wouldn't serve me as I wasn't "trade". The guy said they can't sell to the man in the street.

Never had a problem with White Dove... always see a guy named Lee- top bloke, always helpful with part numbers and knows exactly what he's talking about.

I use TPS now days, so much better and cheaper genuine parts too!!
