CD changer magazine

Ok so my pride and joy has recently been in the garage for service and this week went to use it to find that some thieving f**ker has kindly removed my CD changer magazine for me, including it's contents. (car has NOT been broken into or left unlocked)

This leaves me in need of a new 6 disc changer magazine, anyone any ideas where to get one for a sensible price, ie not SEAT dealer money.

Cheers, any help appreciated

That's shocking mate :censored: Name and shame...

Proof or no proof I would be getting on to the garage ASAP, if there's no sign of forced entry to your motor then it had to be them.

I think VAG Parts do the changer for not much over £20, is steep for what amounts to a bit of plastic. I quite fancied having 2 or 3, so I could swap CDs over quickly, but not at £20 a pop.

I did, they said they "could assure me that that did not happen on our premises sir"

At the end of the day it's my word against theirs so it's a no-goer unfortunately....looks like £20 then....

Oh well.....:censored:

If your talking about the Grundig MCD36 CD changer (besides SEAT) it's widely used in a lot of makes from SMART to FIAT and so on.
Maybe you'll be luckier ringing round some other dealer? Or maybe Grundig direct or try Ebay (nothing on there at the mo).
Best of luck.

Just to clarify, although my location says Oxford, it is NOT the oxford dealer that is in question (Humphris), who I have found to be fine.

Thanks for the advice, think VAG parts are the best bet, bit cheeper than buying through seat.

Cheers.
