cdla oil pump

Hi All i would like some advice on my oil pump, i think the chain is makimng a noise but im just looking for options to look at
Do i just change it for a recon unit with the balance shafts
Delete the balance shafts
Buy the repair kit
Up grade kit
it a 2010 cupra r cdla 2.0
i would welcome any advice
