Central SEAT, Tyburn Rd, B'ham

Now I'm not going to launch into an attack on these guys as this is my first experiance of a SEAT dealer but I would say that I am less than satisfied with their service and customer care.

It's basic stuff like returning calls etc that they seem to have a problem doing. But they topped it off this morning when I went to drop off my LEON for an alarm control box to be replaced which was booked a week ago. Despite assuring me at the time of booking that if the part did not arrive in time they would call me, again they did not so when I turned up this morning I was told the part had not come in. The guy did apologise but when I questioned why he had not called me the answer he gave was he had been busy!

All I would say is if you do use Central SEAT just make sure you call and check everything is as it should be before you turn up there.

I'm sure there are others out there that may have had trouble free dealings with these guys, but this is just my experience.

Hope this helps save someone some time.

Went in there last year with an engine management light problem. I explained that it'd been to Barlows in Wolverhampton the previous time it had come on about 3 months before and was told to take it back there. I explained that I no longer worked in the area so it was a bit out of my way. The guy said that as Barlows looked at it last they should look at it again.

Can't say my first (and only) experience was that good.
