I’ve been plagued by the common “rear camera lens falls out”.
Since my car is not on warranty (factory, but it is on the dealers one, that in this case is the official SEAT one), I’ve been checking for ways to change the rear camera.
The mindset is, if possible, to save a few bucks (if not, I’ll take it to them).
I know that, even with a parametrised camera, I’ll need to connect to ODIS. With this in mind:
- is it possible to do the “coding” using non-official ODIS?
- what are the steps to link the camera to my car?
