Just wondered if there was a quick way to get the cigarette socket to deliver power even after the keys are taken out of the ignition, or at least (and this would probably be better) for it to have power when the keys are turned to the first accessory point on the ignition. Rather than having to turn the keys to the second accessory point (where all the lights on the dash are lit !)
The reason for asking is that on my breaks at work i use my little laptop in the car and it will only work off car power when the engine is running. In my Leon Cupra i used to be able to run it with the keys out of ignition.
