After looking at my exhaust at the weekend and spotting a broken mount and a sea of rusty pipes , the time has come to upgrade.... !!

I'm leaning towards the Cobra over the Miltek, but wanted an owners review of one fitted to a LC, preferably CAT back.

Also, if you have a good video that would be good too as most of the ones on YouTube aren't very good sadly.

Had the non res turbo back on my old cupra r and it sounded amazing, had the same exhaust fitted to my Mrs k1 and the brackets snapped off causing a blow, was repaired at the hq in Sheffield with no drama.

Milltek non res on mine, amazing sound when the foot is planted to the ground and has a nice barble when standing still

I have a Cobra resonated and it sounds spot on. That's with a 3" downpipe and de-cat, though. If you're just going for cat back, I'd go for non-resonated.

My friend has a Miltek system which is nice but would like to go for something different.

It was the none-res ones I had been looking at.

Go to an exhaust specialist and get one made for your car, totally different, least with Milltek and cobra you no these are the best going, every car guy wants one. Totally up to you and what kind of money you wanna spend

just after fiitting a 3 inch cobra car back with a 3in relentless downpipe with 200 cell car. lovly sound but i find it louder than i was expecting. but a very nice low tone.

Yeh I'm not that keen on big loud exhausts, just make you look like a young boy racer, don't get me wrong some do sound nice but when you get older and you in ur house and all u hear is an exhaust late at night you just want to kill them lol

Last time I went to Longlife to get an exhaust made it didn't go well.... After asking for them to make sure it would drone at motorway speeds, it was unbearable at anything between 65 - 85!

They didn't give a **** either, sure they aren't all like that, but I'm happy to go down the model specific route this time.
