Fitted my jom coilovers and there is about 27/28mm left on the front to go which I'm not going to bother coz I'm already scraping my anti roll bar on driveshafts, I bought some adjustable drop links, how much do I need to adjust them by?

I adjusted them by 10/11mm and the scraping is worse.
I need help ASAP as I don't really want to chop my anti roll bar out

I cut my anti roll bar out, even the uprated ones will have problems if you go for Slammed. Now I have a spare uprated one :p

Not the slightest bit of difference mate. Possibly a bit more understeer if you put the power on half way through a corner but not massive

Your on jom aren't you? How low are you on the front? A rear anto roll bar would stop some under steer wouldn't it?

yeah joms mate I think its about 75mm lower than standard but now im hitting the chassis so that needs notching. yeah it possibly would but tbh where im going for the slammed look im not gonna be going fast enough to feel the understeer :)

Is that wound all the way down then? I have about 27mm left to go down if I wanted. Might just chop it out then

will89lcr are you rubbing only on the drivers side now?

I fitted the apex RDX coilovers, aftermarket arb with the bigger hoops, but still rubbing on drivers side, also the arb is making contact with something... gonna have to jack it up again to have a look... But i have same amount of thread both sides and still only rubbing on drivers side, i don't understand.

mikey B... I have the apex RDX similar league to the joms i think... I find on decent roads the ride is good... soon as the roads get lumpy ride is crashy and hard. If you're gonna change suspension just bear in mind it will be bad on the dodgey English roads. I am actually considering putting shocks and springs back on.

Ravi, if I cut my anti roll bar out, and then decided to raise my car up so it handled slightly better, would I have any issues you reckon? Basically if you wound up your coilovers abit day reckon it would handle well?

I wouldn't recommend the joms if you want good comfort and awesome handling. I only use them cos they go very low. You get what you pay for.

As for raising I wouldn't raise it if I didn't have an anti roll bar that's when it really will roll... a lot
