colour change?

Afternoon all, I have a black 143 sport and been thinking of having the wheels resprayed black and possibly the front and rear badges done too. Just wanted anyones thoughts on black on black look.
The other reason in having them done is that the wife has somehow scrapped every wheel,two in the first week of having the car!!! My car has the optional bodykit so was wanting to add to the look really. P.S does anyone have a rough idea price wise?

You,ll be looking at about £200 for all four wheels done . Black on black will look very mean. Put a picture up ans get someone to photoshop them to get the idea what it will look like.

Have a look at this forum topic on the Dutch SEAT website. You'll see pre and post pictures of painted rims on a black Exeo.

Be aware that with dark paint people won't see the rims when they're spinning. They will see the brakes and calipers very clear. So you might start thinking of painting the calipers too, silver for example.
