Hi guys,

So I have a SEAT Leon FR PD170 and I've noticed I keep getting condensation in the front driver side headlight and my rear reverse light. I've taken it to the garage 3 times now and they've claimed to get rid of it but it keeps coming back and is really annoying me [:@] .

Is this a common fault with the MK2 Leons as my girlfriend who has a 1.6 MK2 Leon also gets this in her headlight .

All help appreciated,
Thanks!

Hi mate iv only had this problem once recently in drivers side headlight, i attached a couple of silica gel packs (things you get in shoe boxes etc) to some string, droppedthem in the light fitting, left overnight with the cap off the back of the headlight and no problems since...i should add mine appeared after washing the car.

When you say 'dropped them in', do you mean through the cap at the back where you'd remove to change a bulb? Or is there a way to open up the light?

Thanks.
