Just saw this tread and I thought it would be a good idea to do one for the leons and toledos.

HID kit
Colour coded bumpers
Facelift Leon Cupra Bumper
Hubcentric Wheel Spacers
Stubby aerial

Any other ideas?

LCR Splitter.

(not sure if facelift cupra bumper counts as being a mod for skint people - quite pricy once you've got it painted etc. )

Just buy one in the correct colour in the first place, then you dont have to paint it

They didn't. Seat discontinued that imperial blue colour before the facelife cupras or LCRs came out.

trust me... LCR bumper is not a cheap mod lol full stop... but definatly 1 of the best mods

Nice - although I'm not a big fan of the cupra bumper anyway - prefer the LCR but think that's a bit OTT for my car. I don't believe in having show and no go and I don't have much go so the show has got to be subtle!!

Well I'm skint.. and so far I have drilled the airbox (rear and kerb side), sounds beautiful now! And yesterday I finally got round to removing the rear "seat" "toledo" and "v5" badges. Bit of tooth floss, Megs scratch X and elbow grease. looks the nuts now, I will post pics of her once i reach 15 posts!!!

Looking at the W8 interior light next, together with new gearknob / gaitor etc

I' ve seen the following mod for a creating your own W8 style light .. http://www.seatcupra.net/forums/showthread.php?t=268008&highlight=Home+made+w8+light

I've never moded electrics before, so there would be positive and negative connections for each led, guess would need to thread the wires down to the fuse box and wire up somewhere ... any tips, would be nice to have dimming leds W8 style for a fiver !
