Need some help peeps.

I am losing coolant and noticed that I have a leak which seems it is from the hose which runs from the oil cooler to the plastic flange on the head.

Here is a pic which shows where it goes although it is missing in this:

Seat want silly amount for this part. I managed to find one on ebay which looks similar but not sure if it is entirely correct: VW/Audi COOLANT HOSE -Water Line/Pipe 2-Way Double Oil

Mine is leaking in the same area all over the top of the gearbox. The part I've ordered is the the actual flange that bolts to the side of the block that houses the coolant sensor. Apparently it's common for these flanges to crack. I initially thought it was the pipe you mentioned but under closer inspection it was the flange leaking.

That's very interesting, I instantly assumed it would be the hose but haven't had a deep inspection. Where did you order the part from mate? Any part numbers?

Thanks in advance!!

I ordered it from SEAT, the number on the part is 06A 121 133 AD, but on their system this doesn't exist they told me it was 06A 121 132 AP so I ordered it will be picking it up 2moz. It was £13 inc VAT.

Yeah I read that thread, will let you know how it goes.

I don't know if you've already fixed yours but I managed to sort mine today. First off the part that's on SEAT's system for the AMK/BAM which is 6A 121 132 AP is definately the wrong part see pics below, the one on the right is the one I removed from my car (that SEAT say doesn't exist) the one on the left is the they said was right for my car. It fits fine but as you can see one of the pipes on the one they recommended comes off in the wrong direction. In the end I managed to make it fit but and I now have no leaks.

I went to GSF before i bought it from SEAT they didn't have the right one.

There are different housings depending on which part number was fitted at the factory.

OE housing 06A121133J requires replacement 06A121132AP
OE housing 06A121133BB requires replacement 06A121132AP
OE housing 06A121133AD requires replacement 06A121132S

Maybe thats the issue?

Ok, that's alot more info than what I got from my local dealer. Even though I managed to sort mine with the wrong part I still wanna get the correct one and do a proper job.

So how much for:

1. OE housing 06A121133AD requires replacement 06A121132S
2. The pipe that comes of it part number 06A121103B

just ordered mine from tps about 10.70 including the vat.. they was aware of the different types so yes the part number ending in S is the one correct for the bam and amk engine

Where is tps? Never heard of them before.
