Copying maps to new SD card

Hi, I need to swap out the SD card in my RNS 310 for a larger capacity one. Can anyone confirm whether you can just copy and paste the cryptnav folder over from the old SD to new, or do you need to go through the whole process of copying from the maps CD to SD again on the unit itself? Thanks

Just to update this, picked up a new 16GB card today and managed to successfully copy over the maps from the old SD card

Its just a case of copying and pasting the cryptnav folder and works fine. Presume that folder is tied to my RNS but will work on any SD card.

That's good to know! I thought you might have to use the CD again.

However if you copied your SD for somebody elses system it wouldnt work.

But yeh I was expecting to have to reuse the CD
