Cupra 300 ST 4drive - Help with wiring exhaust cutout valve

Hi! First of all, I´m new to the forum and recently got myself a mystery blue 300 ST 4drive 2018 (non-OPF), I´m so happy with the driving experience and power delivery. I´ve only had diesel or old n/a large estates with 150-200 hp before. This is a whole new experience for me, I didn´t think that an extra 100hp and a turbocharged 4 banger would be THAT big of a difference. It´s so responsive and quick.

I love this car, however, I think it sounds to dull, I did a res-delete, but I wasn´t really happy with the outcome since it didn´t really make that big of a difference except a little more pops and deeper tone. I looked up this forum and also watched some youtube videos and it seems to be regularly brought up that the ST has a much more dampening muffler compared to the hatch. Thus why the res-delete doesn´t do much. The sound hatches get with res-delete is perfect to me, it burbles so nice and gets a deeper nice tone.

Decided to go for an electric exhaust cutout valve since it´s cheap and I can get a proper cat-back later if I´m not happy with it.

So finally, to my solution (and problem), I now have an exhaust cutout valve that I want to install, the fitting itself won´t be a problem, but I don´t know where I can run the wire.

Is there anyone that has the knowledge or experience of where I can run the wiring for the electric valve? The power wire has a 12V-socket and I´m planning to use the outlet in the trunk. Is there any rubber groomet or drain plug around the spare wheel that I can use as a port into the trunk of the car?

Thanks in advance and sorry for probably, alot, of spelling/grammar misstakes, english isn´t my native language.

Sorry can’t help, but I am very interested to know what valve you bought? Thanks
Just a simple cheap electronic 2,5" y-pipe, usually the first one that comes up on google. I ended up having it only for a couple of days. Couldn´t find any way to wire the motor so I decided just to install it without the motor, always open, basically a cat-back straight pipe exiting under the car, didn´t sound good at all and it melted some plastic covers underneath very quickly too. It was also insanely drony.

It was very easy to fit the y-pipe itself tho, I can post a picture if you would like to.

I think I will keep the res-delete and change the backboxes for some less restricted ones!
