Cupra app issues with tavascan

i got a 2024 tavascvan last week, so far loving the car.
however one issue that i have is that the Cupra app wont talk to the car.
when i first tried to connect it it it connected but didn't create a profile. it would also only show very minimal data in the app.
Did a bit of googling and tried a factory reset on the car and tried again. same result..
Did one more reset and pulled fuse 19. now it wont reset or connect to cupra ID.

i'm guessing i've tried to reset one too many times and been locked out by the servers. have emailed cuprasupport but they dont seem to be the quickest.
has anyone had experience of this

That's not great. Hopefully someone else can help you here, especially as "turning it on and off again hasn't". Have you tried reinstalling the app? I had a few issues with mine initially.

thanks for the reply.
yea tried re installing the app. even tried shouting at it . i have a feeling it is a server side issue.. the fact that it just spins when trying to call home and wont allow a factory reset.
connected it to my home wifi as well in case 3 bars cell connection wasn't enough.
