I stumbled on those when I was looking after you said about this mystery device 
. Having got the ice scraper 9 years ago from a Skoda dealer decided I'd look on the Skoda parts site. Skoda dealer in the town where one shops. Actually the owner had some intelligence that my Seat dealer was having the floor up to prepare for Cupra (competing family businesses). They share the same cleaning company who had tipped him off. May be Cupra are coming closer. I'll pop in and ask. Its not what they told me 6 months ago. They couldn't afford the make over. We'll see. That directory will need updating if that's the case. They do sell tonker toy 4 cab farming equipment so it might have been for that side. All Seat's, MGs and sheep farming vehicles round here.

I got my Skoda 'Simply Clever' screenwash cap / funnel fitted this afternoon into my Ateca.
With the bonnet open it took me only a minute or so.
It looks good and does the job admirably well, especially containing the bubbles that froth up when the screenwash is nearly full.
NB> I got the oily fingerprints, that I mentioned earlier, off with some Sticky Stuff Remover.

Just hoping its easy to fit. Releasing the old, clipping the new as per the video. Reckon that bottle is on the opposite of my diesel. They must move it about in Atecas. Mines on the opposite side .

^^^^ Position of screenwash bottle is likely dictated by you engine confirmation.
If you are able to open and fold back flat your existing cap / flap, there'll be room for the new one.
It's also soft rubber and flexible if you need to flex it past an obstruction.
