Rev D or G are the ones to have. A well known and trusted VAG tuner has done some testing on D and it can leak.

The Rev G holds best but will leak eventually due to the rubber giving in.

If mine is a rev D and isn't damage would you suggest I leave it on or just change to a rev G? Has anybody seen the diverter valves that gofastbits sell?

If its not broken then put it back in unless you want to try a G

Yes the GFB one is being tested at the moment by a few members, apparently thought the GFB for a K04 car (Cupra/Cupra R) needs an uprated spring compared to the K03 (FR)

All over other VAG forums, speak to the company you bought it off. Apparently all new ones shipped will come with the new springs

Cheers for the heads up on this Mate.

I've swapped back to Rev D until I get my new spring from GFB.

My 2009 cupra had a rev g fitted. I was told D was the one to have so I swapped to that!

So I'm better off with my rev G over my rev D.

Rev g only covered about 4k miles before I swapped it out.

Just round the corner.
I've just fitted and Rev G, as the Forge spacer I had lost me 30bhp. Motor feels to be pulling a lot stronger, need to get back on the same dyno for another run to confirm.
I do miss the noise though, but glad the power is back.
