Model Year 23/24 Cupra Formentor front bumper removal

I’m trying to replace a front central parking sensor as it has it has a tiny dent due to debris hitting it. After being quoted £300 from CUPRA to get it fixed I’ve decided I’ll do it myself. Does anyone have a guide to remove the front bumper or is there an easier way to do this?
