At the heart of the new
CUPRA Formentor VZ5 lies the iconic 2.5-litre TSI five-cylinder engine, delivering 390PS (287kW) and 480Nm of torque, and for the first time, limits on its top speed removed. Paired with a seven-speed DSG dual-clutch transmission and 4Drive all-wheel drive system, the VZ5 offers precision power distribution across all wheels – including lateral torque control for enhanced cornering stability.
The new VZ5’s exterior design is a masterclass in performance aesthetics. Wider wheel arches, a newly sculpted front bumper, and a front splitter engraved with “VZ5” signal its intent from every angle. Black carbon fibre side mirror covers (optional) add stealth and sophistication, while the diagonal copper-accented exhaust tips reinforce its racing-inspired character.
Matrix HD headlights are joined by a new light projection feature: the CUPRA logo is beamed from the front, while the side mirrors cast a “VZ5” signature onto the ground...
