Cupra instrument cluster on an FR

Hello guys,

Wanted to know if anyone has done a cluster guage swap. I tried, however the vehicle wouldnt start and had to fix back the FR one.

Does anyone have experience on the same.

Did you get this resolved? Most likely it is the immobiliser so your keys will need recoding to match
