Hi guys, new to the forum and hoping to get some advice on a weird issue I've had with my leon. A few weeks ago it randomly cut out on me at the side of the road. From there it wouldn't start. It tried to turn over but wouldn't fire up. I had it towed to a garage, they couldn't look at it for a couple of weeks, but when they went to it, it started no problem. The guy drove it for a few days and and it never missed a beat so I picked it up. I drove it for a couple of days, but went out to it today (had been driving it a few hours earlier in the day) and the same thing happened.
There are no fault codes on it, however, the guy in the garage said it did show up fuel pressure (I'm unsure if this is just from prolonged turning over though).
If I pull the pipe off the throttle body and spray wd40 into it, it will start... and continue to run as normal for a few days.
Any ideas what it could be? Because it is intermittent I'm weary about just chucking parts at it with the hope something works.
