Cupra mk2 heater blower issue

Hi! New here in the group and i have little problem with heater blower. While stationary it blows like it should be, warm, cold, fast, slow etc. But as i start driving it seems to blow a bit weak, air that comes out is the right temperature. And when i stop again and be still couple of minutes it works again like a charm.
