Over the last week my car says me it's disconnected from mobile internet. When I restart mobile data connection (eSIM) in Settings, feedback is "Service not available".
Via app the last status of my Cupra is a week old (position on map, status of doors, etc, nothing is actual).
Any idea what to do, how to do?
Car is only 4 months old, mobile data connection should be alive during first year of activation (performed on the day when handed over to me from the dealer).
 
I had similar on Seat and logging in as myself sorted it. Can’t remember if I had to logout first or was already logged out.
 
Thank you for hint. Today morning I wanted to do that, but realized mobile connection is ON again!
It recovers by itself, I did not perform anything... Strange.. But ok, I know such connections works strangely.
