Cupra r 225 Qrsport remap

Had my Cupra r remapped today at qrsport in Tattenhall near Chester. What valve is best for replacing the standard bosch valve? Im not really fussed on the noise of a dump valve. Thoughts would be appreciated.

Forge 007p is the most commonly used one. And its a recirculating valve - it doesnt dump anything

i'm abit confused. Is a recirculating valve going to affect the turbo in the long run? Ive read about compressor surge and fitting dump valves for prolonging the life of the turbo? Is this correct?

Have a look at the Bosch valve. It is a recirculating valve. With a 007p you are uprating the component, not changing the base type.
