Hi all,

Currently, I am looking into going stage 3.

Currently spec list:
  • Full 3 inch decat catback system
  • Racingline r600 intake
  • Racingline intake hose
  • Racingline elbow
  • Racingline muffler delete
  • D088 Intercooler
  • Mishimoto Intercooler Pipe Kit
Currently, I am on the edge of ordering APR performance coils. (not sure if needed). I was also looking into ordering a 4inch track slag downpipe but not sure if needed.
What else is recommended? I was thinking about performance spark plugs? (just installed some brand new OEM NGK(PLFER7A8EG)), fuel system?
I am thinking of getting a LM500 V2 and my goal is max 500hp and 590nm. Just to be safe with the stock engine. Is this possible?

While browsing the internet I came across a device that can switch between maps through your OBD. I would like to have a 400hp and 500hp map so the engine won't always be under a heavy load. Does anyone have experience with these things? https://www.alientech-tools.com/powergate3/

TIA

Hi, LM500 Track is a really good hybrid with proven results. There are tuners out there (in germany as it's closest to you) that allows different maps depending on what mode you're in. IE Comfort mode 400hp Cupra mode 500hp as an example.

I'd contact the tuner of your choice and ask them what fuel upgrades they recommend,

Example of tuners in Germany,
MTR (https://mtr-performance.de/)
Mr Chiptech (https://www.mr-chiptech.de/)
VFT Tuning (https://www.vft-tuning.de/)

Edit; Boost pipes and APR Coils are hardly needed for the requested power level. MTR has tuned a 600hp Cupra with stock boost pipes and coils.

Thank you,

The LM500 v2 is the newer version of the LM500 track. So I preffer the v2. Do you think a 4inch downpipe would have any benefits?
