Long story short to avoid a wall of text.

My car got hit. Didn't see it, don't know where or how it was done. Only noticed it while washing it.

The hit was on the left corner of the front bumper. The headlight was pushed in and the left wing was pushed a little out. Other than that, just some very very light scuffing on the bumper.

Last Wednesday I left it at a dealership for maintenance and to check for more damages and realign the front.

This was the end result.

Indeed the parts are in place but come one. When questioned their answer was "it was the only way to put that piece back into place". I caved in, because what do I know about metal working. But this has been cooking on the backside of my head and after investigating a bit more, that piece of metal is extremely flexible and it has that bolt nearby that is easily removable. Right now I'm not convinced that that was the only way to put that piece back into place.

I'm afraid I've f***** myself since I took it home with me instead of refusing to accept delivery in these conditions.

And there's not much anyone here can say or help in a situation like this, guess I just needed to vent.

I quite enjoyed the car, but the official network is utter crap when it comes to assistance. If this was one isolated incident, well, s**** happens. But this is just one more on an already very long list of f'ups done by the "wagoneers" that work at Seat dealerships. Exceptions apply obviously. I just guess I am not a lucky guy.

Thanks for listening.
