Dashboard removalish...

Trying to remove this part of dashboard, but dont have a clue how to, was wondering if anyone has done it before, and whats involved.

Its part of the dash and plastic welded on, r you trying to cure a rattle or squeak as whatever you do to that wont fix it either lol

trying to take it off so i can put it into the bodyshop to smooth the heater vents off from the centre
