Model Year 21/22 Dashboard

Hello Newby here can I get some advice ?. I currently have the 2 circular discs for speedo and revs but decided to change to the classic seat deals. After pressing ok it changed. After a few trips the dials reverted back to the circular dials . Am I doing something wrong? Thanks in advance

It maybe that it is set to your profile, so if you are using the other key or have logged out of the MMI then it may not pick up the setting.
