Hi all,

I've got a new Cupra Leon and I'm wanting to wire in a front and rear dashcam.

I decided to run the rear cable first and I managed to get into the A Pillar with little issue but the B Pillar just won't budge for me and I'm reluctant to pull too hard on it, especially when I'm not even sure I'm going about the removal correctly.

Does anybody know of a disassembly video for the B pillar trim or aware of a written guide? I've had a good browse around and haven't found anything.

I tried pushing the wire into the seam but it looked so bad that I removed it again as it left a big gap.

I'd also be up for any advice that means I don't need to remove it to feed the wire to the back of the car.

Thanks in advance. :)

The instructions to remove/install upper and lower B-pillar trims are available in the workshop manual titled "General Body Repairs, Interior" for Cupra Leon, which are available here once you have signed up and paid the subscription:

Hope this helps & cheers,

Buying subscriptions is no longer possible for individuals since December 18th.
I was using my account to purchase hourly sessions when needed.
Right before this change was applied, I just bought a 30-day subscription to be able to download and save the documents for future needs and it's going to expire in a couple of weeks, unfortunately 😥
