Daytime Running Lights on during headlights on

Hi!
Is it possible to keep DRL on while headlights are on (specially during night)

DRL have been on at night for several months along with the headlights. I have not done anything about this, but by chance. But, there have been several weeks that DRL have not been on at night, but of course only during the day.
Can I fix it to keep it on during nights by my self?
