need help, how the hell do you take off the front grill with out snapping it under the lights?, 3 screws on the top and cant get it off from there... dont want to force it in case it snaps, is there other screws or an easier way to get it off?

its clipped into the bumper at the bottom. have to pry the clips out and pull it off at the same time.

its looks like there screws there tho? and when iv looked under the hood seems like theres nuts there holding it in place? or these just for the clips ?

those bolts are for the bumper. its just the 3 screws at the top that hold it in.

Plus 2 plastic type nuts at each end under the indicators.

Yeah this must be whats stopping it mate, how you get these off?

Pop the indicators out and you will see them, just undo them with a normal socket. Although it is rather tight at the battery side.

Just done it this morning the plastic screws were loose enough to move with just my fingers luckly

Pulled out of the full de-badge thought the S would look good with the mesh, pleased with the results, even if its sounds like some are against the hole meshing idea lol

most of us just take the grill out and replace it with mesh.

If you want it to look crap you do. Or you can buy an fk debadged grill.

i just cant justify spending 30 quid on a bit of plastic that probably cost 4 quid and 5 minutes to make in a mould.

ive spent so much on the important stuff that ive just not bothered changing the mesh that came with the car.
