deposit is down on next car

after yesterdays episode of trying to get a car,ive spent a few hours trawling through the net and have now put a deposit down on a leon 1.8 turbo x reg in black with full black leather interior and electric seats,with 9mths mot and 3 mths tax,only down side is it has 170k on the clock but tbh for the mileage i do which is less than 5k a year it wont be a problem for me,i got it for the nice price of £750 with lots of service history aswell,so next question is what is the best mods to go for i.e exhaust,remap and most important how much should i be looking at for getting a cambelt change done?
looking forward to being an active member on here and hopefully getting to some meets and shows

sounds good for the money. wouldnt worry about milage if its got service history anyway and its a german engine and gearbox.

an induction kit, dump valve and remap is a stage 1 and gives about 35/40hp+ and around 70lb/torque gain (as far as im aware).

Turbo Inlet Pipe is another favoured mod, im yet to get one

exhausts are fine but these cars are loud enough so a downpipe is the only real performance bit id go for.

and cambelt id assume same as any other car £180 region, always do your water pump at the same time!!
