Desmonta Paragolpes trasero y piloto

Hola no sé si hay alguien que pueda decirme cómo desmontar Paragolpes trasero del SEAT leon mk4 FR y el piloto ya que lleva un plástico y no sé si se quita y como para quitar los tornillos para poder ajustar la de separación del Paragolpes con la aleta ya que la aleta y el Paragolpes está ajustada en la zona de abajo pero llegando al piloto se queda abierta unos 3 milímetros y creo que no es normal por que en el otro lado no le pasa si necesitáis verlo os paso fotos
