Just to throw in my pennies worth, I agree with Bigfoot, Although he isn't exactly subtle,
I have seen all these addidtives tested extensively on 5th Gear and also within Evo magazine and they both concluded, no performance or economy benefits.

With regards to the DPF faults, Ive now notched up 43,500 miles in 2 years in my Leon TDI FR, and Ive never had any faults or warning lights.
85 % of my mileage is motorway, so that could be a factor.

Although, on the subject of faults, my Airbag warning light is on again, thats the 3rd time.
On two previous occassions it has been the Steering wheel Airbag, then the passenger side Airbag, both have been replaced under Warranty.
I'm taking my car in tomorrow to have the latest Airbag fault diagnosed.

So back to the point, the addidtives according to 5th Gear and Evo don't work.
If anyone wants to throw away their money, then please throw it my way, I will use it to carry out further modifications to my car, although Im still paying off the Bank Manager for everything I have done so far.

Cheers
