Does my Cupra R have Thatcham category 2

my insurance wants to confirm that my 2020 Cupra R st has a Thatcham approved Cat 2 immobiliser.

its very hard to find the information on security devices fitted from factory.

It's factory fitted. Any competent insurance company should accept that, but it's a cat 1 alarm so better than they need.

They where going on about the car being keyless that it need to be Cat 2 immobiliser

Hi.
You might just want to double check with your insurer as they might require the fitment of a secondary Cat 2 immobiliser in additional to any factory fitted cat 1 alarm / immobiliser.
