You get what you pay for with coilovers mate, stretch and get a good recommended set like the weitecs or kw v1s

The only reason im going coilovers instead of a spring shock setup is for the height adjustment for the looks...

Im not full on into hooning it around corners and roundabouts etc...just eats tyres...

ok thanks mate.
I already have a front lower strut ready to be fit, that will improve handling a fair bit so once I put that on I may just get my alloys re-furbished while i save for either coilies or ARBs
decisions decisions lol

Any suspension mod with a cupra is going to make a difference :cartman:

Get some rear spacers on first and foremost if you dont already have any on,. I left it almost a year before i got rear spacers and they make a massive difference to the cars rear stability!

ARB's will also make a massive difference, coupled with a decent set of coilovers and spacers you will have a decent handeling Ibiza.

AP's get rave reviews, im getting a set next week, best midrange value kit on the market by far!

I fitted a SEAT Sport suspension kit and front upper Strut Brace, made a massive difference to the handling.

Plus you can pick them up on the bay new for about £150 ish! (for the full suspension kit springs and shocks!)

It only lowers it about 15-20mm though.

I already have spacers on the rear wheels.
I am not interested in lowering the car too much, wouldnt mind it but no more than 30mm.
I'll see how I get on after the strut is fitted:)
