My 2019 Leon Cupra r ST has illuminated sills but doesn't have any door exit warning lights / puddle lights such as those on a Golf mk7 (my wife's Octavia has lights in the door cards and puddle lights in the door mirrors) which I find surprising since the car is the same platform. There doesn't seem to be any blank markings in the door cards where the lights could fit.
A search in the forum didn't turn up any immediate answers so I was wondering whether anyone has managed to do this mod and if so what parts were used etc? Ideally if it is possible I would like the effect to be OEM looking but appreciate that the shape of the bottom of the door card may be different from a Golf so the red & white lights used there may not fit perfectly. Also a little bit of OCD would want the rear doors to have the lights too.
