Hello I have a seat Leon 07 tdi 140 brake. When I brought it, it already had a decat delete and I’ve fitted a cobra twin box on the back. I’m now thinking of removing the dpf completely but just wondering if this will cause any issues without a remap.

Yes if you remove your DPF you will need it remapped to stop it going into limp mode.
You can get a great quality 2.5 inch DPF delete downpipe from profidiesel for £238 delivered to your house.

There it is!

I have a dpf deleate already of a spare car had broke but seams to be the original part but been deguted haven’t got any problems with it yet just thought I’d would give me a lot more sound being removed or do u stil think wil limp mode in the oringal big pot

The 63mm DPF delete downpipe pipe will flow more (produce slightly more power) & is lighter than a gutted DPF. Have you blanked off the EGR & cleaned out the inlet manifold?
If you did all of the above & finally remapped it you should see about 195 bhp on standard turbo.
It will sound alot better too especially if you have the exhaust back box gutted (no silencers).

An obvious DPF delete post may well fail an MOT. A de-gutted DPF may still pass. Both, of course, are illegal.

Some places do roadside checks for modifications to emission control systems.

It's pretty hot in NI, they even use portable lifts to get under the car.
