no they are just a normal set of brembo plain discs which bill grooves himself IIRC, they are glowing due to the heat being cretaed from the braking force created by the pads!
 
I am planning to go to the nurburgring this summer, so i will definetley be in touch about this set up Bill in the near future, wouldn't mind discussing the options of a stage 2 map also.

all i can say is the same as every one this was my thread so i had the set up in the title. then upgraded to the set up above (only front so far) but theese are truley amazing work even better when hot if ne thing no fade what so ever! Well recommend and fairly cheap considering what you can spen on some brakes!

so whats front brakes exactly do you have?:D
 
Ive also had this setup on my car for over a year now & they are the best setup of come across for standard calipers. Total utter abuse with NO brake fade :D

compared to yours mines are quite. lol. Will switch over soon after i get the mot done 1st. think my standard pads woudl have been better than than these . lol
 
had the DS2500 on an old 306 gti of mine, stopping power is unreal!
