I haven't changed my tune Dale Just reacting to what has been said on this thread. They were rubbish when I used them, but it sounds like they're better now.

I meant, I though you got good service

No matter, just dont let the body shop near your car there

Nah you're right Dale, I didn't get bad service, but it wasn't awe inspiring either. I had my fair share of ignored phone calls and such like and the odd dispute over whether things were covered by warranty or not.

Got the wifes ibiza dab from there last november there service was first class much better than listers audi and trust vw so good infact i have just chopped my golf in for a leon fr. The sales guy was Woody, top bloke did me a great deal, every time i pop in to order bits and bobs always makes time for a chat

may use them again for parts etc.

not for a service, a mate of mine works for VW. so i get him to service my car.

alot cheaper !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! plus service book stamped.

Woody seems to be a top bloke in there, got my FR end of October and he did me a really good deal.

Shame they never sent me through the fixed price maintainence that I requested a few times, clearly the business manager thought I wasn't worth spending anytime on.

As for servicing etc will prob have it done at Amethyst as its only couple of miles from me.

for Droitwich after my first service there after going through 2 other dealers in the midlands.

- Cheaper price
- Pleasant staff
- Car was clean
- Car wasn't scratched as had been else where
- They agreed to fix the rattle in my tailgate - no questions asked where others had denined its existence.

In the last week I've had to order a fog light & a yellow touch up pen for those blasted stone chips. None were in stock, but Droitwich Parts got them in good time & sent me an SMS when they were ready. No probs.
Always friendly in there.

great news, in the past i have heard bad reports on parts department.

take so long in getting parts.

have you used touch up pen ?

The touch up pen took about 4 days to arrive after I ordered it. It was just under £4 & is a small brush on a stick. Gonna get all my chips touched up on Wednesday when I get the day off. Bath and wax time!

i've only ever used Droitwich SEAT for parts, but have to say the guy there is always helpful and has always got my bits in within a few days and when they do come in, they send a text to let me know!

No enquired about servicing costs yet, anybody got any recent quotes to hand?

when i go to pick up parts, i park in the carpark opposite and walk over the road!
don't fancy beaching my car!

never had a problem gettin my cupra in, it has a LCR splitter fitted, i just go down slowly and at an angle, its never touched!!! not tried it with more than 1 person in the car yet thou!!!
