One of these should do the trick
I fitted one to my 20vt a few weeks ago, not that there was nowt wrong with the original one, but just for reliability.
The car does seem to pull harder in the lower gears with the Forge 007P fitted, obviously cos t's holding boost better than the notoriously unreliable std bosch item, well worth the £80 odd they cost, if your on a road of improvment.
Unless you want all that venting to air woosh noise then the dirverter is the one to get at around the £135.00 also from Forge.

Get the split R it can be used for both 100% recirculating valve for the quiet note or put on the trumpet and get on 30-40% blow off which sounds sweet.

That is true but only fools cannot set up a this dump valve. I have the relocation kit too so mine stays cool. Easy to set up imo

Yeah i think there is and i may be in it too but seriously i think some people get bored and write crap some times.
Anyways on a different topic how is the custom code remap for you personally is it good??
It was easy for some people but i think it was just that the valve did not work on a handful of cars,i tried it on every setting possible,had it fitted and set up by a specialist but car kept loosing boost after a while,got fed up with it in the end sent it back and got a 007p which with a good induction kit sounds just as good as the split r if not better,imo there is little difference in sound outside the car.
All the people that had the problem with this valve had exactly the same problems i don't think it was a case of people just wanting to make crap up and people not knowing what they are doing as you said.
007p all the way if you want no hastle,you won't be let down as they are quality product.

This was the exact same problem i had,thats why now i would only recomend the 007p over the split r.

all ive got is a bailey dv30 recirc. and a carbonio sounds the nuts. even louder when i had an apr trial. loud as fcuk.. hope this helps. ps dont ask why you can't have an atmospheric dump valve......
just after a little info, i have a leon cupra R 210bhp standed.... and after a dump valve with noise, soooooo in 2mind 2 get the forge 007p....... or.......forge split-R??....
