so who bougth it now?

when it turns up, what is the quality like and how stiff is it?

looks good but according to the advert its not listed as compatiable with my engine code which i think is a AUQ....If i remember right that is ....

I have leon cupra 2002....

Any ideas

your's is AUQ.

why not chip in a few quid each and try one?if it fits, all is fine,if its bobbins, cheap(er) lesson learned and whack it back on e-bay

The cheaper 'silicone' pipes tend to be less flexible and harder to fit. And I'd wager that the fitment wont be as good as the standard one or decent aftermarket ones either.

But, there are bargains to be had out there, so if you have the money spare it might be worth a punt?
