How much did that combo cost you, if you don't mind me asking?

Reason I ask, if I had standard discs with DS pads fitted a while ago, so I'd be interested to hear how they last, how easily they warp or deform and how they perform, so we can compare the difference (if any) Vs cost :)

Oh... and I also had this done after having GSD3's fitted the week before.... so... SNAP :D

I got them from Bill at Badger5. Including VAT and delivery it was £332.53 for the two front discs and the pads.

Tell you what, even when they aren't bedded in they are still providing decent enough stopping power (as some idiot near Blackwall tunnel made me find out!)

Can't wait till they are bedded in. Then I'm off for a spirited drive ;)

i think that they're grooved ones, all the photo's i've seen of em they have grooves on anyway, drilled ones are a no no anyway as they apparently crack through time, well thats the main concensus anyway, straight from the mouth of the badger himself.

i was going to go for this combination aswell however these ATE Powerdisc are superb and cheaper too! I also read that EBC discs have some issues with them?

didn't think you could get the ate discs anymore for the LCR? i thought they stopped making them. Could only find the ATE standard discs and think they may have been the wrong size.

jst noticed you drive an FR so you still may be able to get hold of them in that size.

You can still get powerdiscs, eurocarparts are their main distributor.
