Model Year 21/22 Electric tailgate not closing

Hi. Yesterday out of the blue I loaded up the boot of the car and closed the auto tailgate. However it stopped about a foot from full closure. There was no obstruction in the boot. It happened for or five times, so in the end I had to push it down into closed position manually. The key was outside the car in my pocket. Any thoughts?

Same here ,it's the heat ,bet it doesn't happen on cold days it's to do with the parcel shelf,it's on my list when it goes into cupra the next time.
