Engine cleaners, redex, wynns... Etc. Which is best, or what do you use. 20v t

I'm looking to give the engine a good service, but while i'm on what do people find best for a thorough clean out? I run v power 75%of time
Will be getting an oil and filter change, but what can i use for internals... Rede, wynss turbo cleaner, seafom? Is tjis a diesel treatment or ok for petrols??
Any suggestions?

ive only ever used redex always seems to do a good job and its fairly priced too, can get it for around £4

Forte stuff seems to get good feedback, the oilttreatment quietened my lupo tappets

iv got wynn's turbo cleaner.how much do I have to spray into the air intake/

I've used the Wynn's stuff in my LCR and it seems to help out a bit.

Used BG44k on previous cars and that was also good.

Auto Glym engine degreaser is seriously good spray on and jet wash off.
