Engine conversion

Hello to everyone I’m a new member I need some help please I have a 2009 mk2 Leon pre face lift just had a engine conversion from a 1.4 tsi to a 2.0 tsi out of a 2008 scirocco ea888 manual I’m at the last stage engine runs but no throttle Ive been told I can bypass e box fuse box harness plenum chamber bye doing a throttle pedal pin out is this something that everyone has done any help would much appreciated thanks
