well after 146'988 miles my 1.4 has sh*t its bottom end ! , no hard feeling though , the last 31k have been mostly ragging it from cold and general abuse , im looking to bring a new lease of life into it with a vr6 conversion , i know someone has done this into a 1.4 before so im just trying to get an idea of the parts needed as there is a nigh on complete golf vr6 in my local scrappys , im just going to keep the gti as my daily and use the 1.4 to have some weekend/track/quarter mile fun with

nah i look after the gti , the 1.4 only got ragged because it was on its way out anyways and ive always been planning a conversion , just needed an excuse to do it haha
