Engine Vibration on Full Throttle

Hello, im a happy owner of a Seat Leon FR 2008, my car has the 2.0 TFSI BWA engine.
Currently im facing a problem that no one seems to know how to solve.
The engine of my car makes a LOT of vibration when accelerating and also some vibration on idle when the card isnt moving.

- It does feel like missfires but its not.
- Injectors havent been checked yet.
- Everything started with the failure of the PCV valve, wich has been replaced for a new one already, but the car was used for about 1500km with the broken pcv.
- No vibration can be percieved while moving at constant speed.
- Vibration does depend of the engine speed, if the car isnt moving. But it does not go to such extreme levels as when acelerating.
- It is not related with wheels.
- Nothing on VAG-COM
- Spark Plugs and Ignition Coils have been changed.
- Cam follower has been changed.
- DV has been changed.
- Clunch has been changed.
- It started shortly after an oil change wich i did by myself and believe i did everything ok.
- Compression on all cilinders is fine.
- One of the mechanics who saw it said it may be related with 'dirty' valves.

Any ideas?

Do you mean the engine is hunting???? Or vibrating? If vibrating it could be an engine mount, Dual Mass flywheel,

If hunting at idle it could be valves, boost leak, i would measure actual boost vs requested on blocks 115 on vagcom, also check your fuel trims on 032 they should be as close to zero on both banks as possible if your car is standard

Fuel trims are always on 0, dunno if its normal
I dont think its related with boost becouse it also vibrates (less) while idle.
Vibration feequency is engine speed dependant, Vibration Intencity is Engine LOAD dependant.

I was also thinking about engine mounts or the flywheel since it has been replaced couple of months ago they may have made some mistake while mounting the new one.

Is it a heavy vibration? Can you judge whether it vibrates enough to be looking at flywheel or engine mount. Or does the vibration sound more tinny like an exhaust vibration etc?

The reason i ask, on the BWA / non cupra tfsi, you can get vibration from the waste-gate where the actuator rod joins onto it. The clip comes loose or fails in some cases. Might be worth a check, although the vibration from this wouldn't usually be at idle.

Its pretty heavy,i could use my car as a full body massager. Checked engine mounts today and all of them are fine. Noticed that the vibration slowly switches from horizontal to vertical.

Can i have a photo of where the wastegate is located? Or what Pin do you mean please?

Its more noticeble in this video at 2000 RPMs but its there all the time while accelerating.

Pretty sure its the flywheel at the moment. Will take it back some of these days to the guy who made the switch.
