Erratic revving when reaching 90 degrees on coolant temp

Hi all, I’m having a rough idle and constant erratic revving when the car reaches 90 degrees on the coolant temp. The car starts fine when cold and can drive for 10 minutes or so until it warms up and reaches exactly 90 degrees. When this happens I have to turn off the car and wait till it cools down completely to start it again. If I try start straight after while it’s still on 90 degrees it will crank but not start, and if it starts it dies seconds later . I’ve been to 3 mechanics and they haven’t been able to figure it out as there has only been a bank 1 o2 sensor fault. I have replaced the o2 sensor, crankshaft position sensor, cleaned the throttle body and changed the coolant temperature sensor and still the same problem. It’s been happening for about 2 months now and no one can fix it as it has no faults saved so it’s just a process of elimination. I have no idea where to go from here. Would love to hear some of your thoughts thanks.
