I recently visited my dealer with this problem.
When I switch off the engine, I can hear a whirring noise that is not unlike a bearing that’s gone on the fan. The noise is after the engine has stopped and last for only about 1 to 2 seconds.
The dealer says they have had a bulletin about this and it is the intercooler releasing pressure and is not a problem, it still sounds like a singing fan bearing to me!!
Has anyone else noticed this noise??
